Elevated Tuna Salad
INGREDIENTS:
- WildPlanet Skipjack Tuna 
- Cucumber, finely chopped 
- Bell pepper, Finely chopped 
- Fresh parsley, chopped 
- Dijon Mustard, white vinegar, yellowbird garlic hot sauce 
- Salt, pepper. cumin 
- Toppings: avocado and EBTB seasoning, extra parsley 
Method:
Mix together tuna, 1-2 tbsp dijon mustard, a small splash of white vinegar, and hot sauce if desired, add seasoning to taste. Add in diced vegetables and herbs.
Place on a bed of lettuce, top with avocado and fresh parsley.
